Rental Regulations \u2013 Rezydencja Florina<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 1. General Provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These regulations define the rules for providing accommodation services and staying at\nthe \u201cFlorina Residence\u201d (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cProperty\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making a reservation and paying the required fees constitutes acceptance of these\nregulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The regulations apply to all guests staying at the Property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 2. Accommodation Day<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The accommodation day lasts from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the\nday of departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zameldowanie mo\u017cliwe jest w godzinach 16:00\u201322:00, wymeldowanie do godziny 11:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late arrivals or early departures require prior agreement with the Property owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 3. Reservations and Payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit in the amount agreed during the\nbooking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of guest cancellation, unless otherwise agreed by\nthe parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The remaining balance for the stay must be paid no later than on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of a shortened stay, the fee for unused nights is non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 4. Pets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Pets are allowed at the Property, subject to prior agreement with the owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The owner of the pet is fully responsible for its behavior and any damage it may cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 4. Quiet Hours and Order<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Guests are obliged to respect the rules of social coexistence and not disturb the peace of\nother guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Property reserves the right to terminate the stay of guests violating the regulations,\nwithout refund of fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 6. No Smoking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Smoking of tobacco and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the Property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 7. Liability for Damage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage caused on the Property by\nthemselves, accompanying persons, children, or pets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of damage, the Property has the right to charge a fee corresponding to the cost of\nrepair or replacement of the damaged equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests are obliged to report any damage immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 8. Safety<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Guests are obliged to use the Property according to its intended purpose and maintain\norder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Property is not responsible for valuables or money left unattended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The use of electrical devices not provided by the Property, which may pose a fire hazard,\nis prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 9. Order and Cleaning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Guests are required to maintain order in the Property, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • cleaning up after themselves,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • sorting waste according to the guidelines,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • leaving rooms in a condition similar to that in which they were found.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In the event of a gross violation of the obligation to maintain order or leaving the Property in\na condition requiring additional cleaning, an extra fee will be charged as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • PLN 200<\/strong> \u2013 if waste is not sorted according to the guidelines,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • PLN 600<\/strong> \u2013 if the Property is left in a significant disorder requiring additional cleaning,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • PLN 1000<\/strong> \u2013 if it is necessary to call an additional professional cleaning team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      <\/div>\n\n\n\n

      \u00a7 10. Pool Area<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Use of the jacuzzi and pool is only permitted in accordance with the rules applicable in the\npool area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      <\/div>\n\n\n\n

      \u00a7 11. Final Provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Making a reservation and beginning the stay constitutes acceptance of these regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Matters not regulated herein are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The court competent for the Property owner\u2019s registered office shall have jurisdiction to\nresolve disputes.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
