Equipment & Instructions
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and does not require a password. Please do not reset the router as any issues may require a technician visit!
- The property has a garage for 2 cars, operated by remote control.
- The sliding entrance gate is also operated via remote control.
- A fire extinguisher is located in the hallway at the main entrance.
Rooms
- Lights – the switch is located in the corridor, before entering the pool, on the right-hand side.
- Extension cord for charging your phone – on the table next to the corner sofa, on the right-hand side.
- Some of the windows can be covered using the cord located next to them.
- The main switch is located in the electrical box next to the jacuzzi.
- After switching on the jacuzzi, the water heating system starts automatically after approx. 3–4 minutes.
- Avoid continuous operation of the hydromassage, as it causes the water to cool down.
- It is not recommended to change the jacuzzi settings on your own – this may reduce comfort and require technical consultation with a service technician.
- On the left side of the touch panel, there are four buttons for activating individual massage jets and lighting.
- The knobs at the top of the tub are used to regulate the hydromassage jets.
- After 15 minutes, the jacuzzi automatically goes into standby mode – to resume the massage, select the massage mode again on the panel.
- To maintain the proper temperature and humidity in the room, it is recommended to turn off the jacuzzi using the blue button in the electrical box.

- The cabinets next to the TV contain extra blankets and pillows for the outdoor swings.
- The home theater sound system turns on automatically when the TV is switched on.
- Use the white remote to close the curtains automatically.
Remote control instructions: Channels 1 to 4 operate the individual windows.
- In the Blueberry Suite and Golden Suite, extra bedding is in the walk- in closet.
- In the Amber and Pearl bedrooms, bedding is stored in the chest inside the sofa.

- The chest next to the gazebo with the grill contains cushions for the outdoor furniture in the gazebo.

- Beach sports court – The chest next to the court contains beach volleyballs, golf clubs and accessories, badminton rackets, and cushions for the sunbeds
- Behind the building, near the gazebo with the grill (to the right of the gazebo), there are waste bins and a set of garbage bags.
