Rental Regulations – Rezydencja Florina

§ 1. General Provisions

These regulations define the rules for providing accommodation services and staying at the “Florina Residence” (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”).

Making a reservation and paying the required fees constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

The regulations apply to all guests staying at the Property.

§ 2. Accommodation Day

The accommodation day lasts from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure.

Zameldowanie możliwe jest w godzinach 16:00–22:00, wymeldowanie do godziny 11:00.

Late arrivals or early departures require prior agreement with the Property owner.

§ 3. Reservations and Payments

A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit in the amount agreed during the booking process.

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of guest cancellation, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

The remaining balance for the stay must be paid no later than on the day of arrival.

In the event of a shortened stay, the fee for unused nights is non-refundable.

§ 4. Pets

Pets are allowed at the Property, subject to prior agreement with the owner.

The owner of the pet is fully responsible for its behavior and any damage it may cause.

§ 4. Quiet Hours and Order

Guests are obliged to respect the rules of social coexistence and not disturb the peace of other guests.

The Property reserves the right to terminate the stay of guests violating the regulations, without refund of fees.

§ 6. No Smoking

Smoking of tobacco and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the Property.

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

§ 7. Liability for Damage

Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage caused on the Property by themselves, accompanying persons, children, or pets.

In case of damage, the Property has the right to charge a fee corresponding to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged equipment.

Guests are obliged to report any damage immediately.

§ 8. Safety

Guests are obliged to use the Property according to its intended purpose and maintain order.

The Property is not responsible for valuables or money left unattended.

The use of electrical devices not provided by the Property, which may pose a fire hazard, is prohibited.

§ 9. Order and Cleaning

Guests are required to maintain order in the Property, including:

• cleaning up after themselves,
• sorting waste according to the guidelines,
• leaving rooms in a condition similar to that in which they were found.

In the event of a gross violation of the obligation to maintain order or leaving the Property in a condition requiring additional cleaning, an extra fee will be charged as follows:

• PLN 200 – if waste is not sorted according to the guidelines,
• PLN 600 – if the Property is left in a significant disorder requiring additional cleaning,
• PLN 1000 – if it is necessary to call an additional professional cleaning team.

§ 10. Pool Area

Use of the jacuzzi and pool is only permitted in accordance with the rules applicable in the pool area.

§ 11. Final Provisions

Making a reservation and beginning the stay constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

Matters not regulated herein are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.

The court competent for the Property owner’s registered office shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
